It was okay. I would like to give a suggestion. Please do not schedule 8a appointments and have a staff meeting during this time and have the patients waiting passed their appointment time. Our time should matter as your customer.

From the moment I open the door and the first beautiful lady greeted me I was at ease the frame stylists the front desk professionals and Dr. Gardner whom was fantastic very gentle with my 8 yr grand daughter made her comfortable and confident I highly recommend Advanced Eyecare of Hampton for you eyeglasses and contacts ir even just you stylish framesThank you ladies 😎

So far so good. My daughter has her spacer on and when she first got it on about 8 weeks ago it went on without a hitch. Second visit with the spacer went smooth and NO COMPLAINTS from my daughter 👍🏽👍🏽 Jan 30 my daughter got her brackets on the top teeth. They look great she likes them. And I got a great report on her oral care. Keep up the good work.

I always have a great experience @ Family Orthodontics. I was n very good spirits throughout the day. When I arrive to check my daughter in it was a delay. She was taken longer to check my daughter in. I made 2 payments the week before. They had an old card on file and decide to do an auto deduct on a card that’s no longer active. It made it seem as if I had past due amt and I didn’t. Why would I drive to the appt and not make a payment prior. Then rep that handles billing Jacqueline came out to discuss the billing in the waiting area I mention to her if you don’t mind can we go in your office and discuss for privacy reasons . We were able to discuss the billing through and she made corrections as needed . It just bothers when everything is all about the $$. I had visits with my son for 3 years and now my daughter 2 1/2 yrs. That’s a-lot of time and commitment as a patient . I always take care of my bills. Everyone is going thru some financial challenge . Please be understanding. Overall the staff and Doctor is awesome !

This is my first time coming here, I brought my son to get braces , from the minute I set up the appointment I knew I was in the right place. The y are very organized, the doctors are super nice, their staff is great. The place is super clean. I only wish they open Mondays since that is my only day off but I will make it work . Highly recommend

Hands down the best experience we’ve ever had when dealing with appointments with my children’s teeth. They really make it quite simple and my daughter is always seen on time and they get her in and out quickly. We also were able to make payment arrangements from the start and we have never had an issue.

My family and I had a wonderful experience fro. The time we walked in and checked in with the front desk and when we got to the back with tawanna. I absolutely love tawanna she is awesome and so down to earth! She helped me achieve the goal I had set for my babies which were getting them both in braces on the same day as our initial appointment. The wait time was office the installation time of the braces took no time at all and I knew exactly what to expect when we went home and how to care for my kids. Dr. Busses is amazing! So kind and very down to earth and family oriented as well. I was scheduled for another office but I am so happy I followed through with family orthodontics of Fayetteville. I am very pleased with my service and would recommend any and everyone to this specific location.
